Terms of service

Article 1. Purpose

These terms and conditions shall be used for the use of Internet-related services Malljoa.com (hereinafter called " service ") operated by the e-commerce business Malljoa(hereinafter referred to as " company ") and for the purpose of the service.

Article 2. Definition
  1. In order to provide goods or services (hereinafter called " goods ") to users, " mall " refers to a virtual business using an information and communication facility.
  2. " User " means members and non-members who connect to " Mall " and receive services provided by " Mall " under these terms and conditions.
  3. " Member " means a person who has registered in " Mall " and who can continue to use the services provided by " Mall ".
  4. ' Non-member ' means a person who uses the services provided by the " mall " without joining the membership.
Article 3. Description, explanation and revision of the Terms and Conditions
  1. The " Mall " shall contain the contents of these terms and conditions, the names of the persons and representatives, the address of the place of the business office (including the address of the place where the consumer can handle complaints), and the business number and e-mail address. However, the contents of the agreement can be viewed through the connection screen.
  2. In the case of " Mall ", the user shall understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, transfer responsibility, or refund conditions among the contents provided in the Agreement before the user agrees to the terms and conditions.

If " Mall " modifies the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date by specifying the application date and reason for revision. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the users, the company shall notify them with a grace period of at least 30 days.   6. The Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of the Agreement and the Consumer Protection of the Fair Trade Commission shall provide for matters not specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Article 4. Delivery and modification of services
  1. " Mall " performs the following tasks :
    1. Providing information about goods or services and signing a purchase contract
    2. Delivery of purchased goods or services
    3. Other tasks as specified by " Mall "
  2. In the event of an out-of-stock of goods or services or a change in technical specifications, " Mall " may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under future contracts. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services shall be specified and the date of delivery shall be immediately notified to the place where the contents of the goods or services are posted.
  3. If the contents of a service contract with a user to be provided by the " Mall " are changed to reasons such as shortage of goods or change of technical specifications, the person concerned can be notified immediately.
  4. In the case of the preceding paragraph, " Mole " shall compensate the users for damages caused by this. However, this shall not be the case if the " mole " proves that it is intentional or innocent.
Article 5. Service interruption
  1. The " Mall " may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of maintenance inspection, replacement, failure, or communication interruption of information communication facilities, such as computers.
  2. The " Mall " shall compensate for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the service provision for the reasons of paragraph 1. However, this shall not be the case if the " mole " proves that it is intentional or free of fault.
  3. In the event that the service can not be provided due to the conversion of business stocks, abandonment of business, and integration between companies, the " mall " shall be notified to the users by the method specified in Article 8. "
Article 6. Join membership
  1. After filling out the membership information according to the subscription form provided by " Mole, " the user shall apply for membership by stating that he or she agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. The " Mall " shall be registered as a member unless it falls under the following list of users who have applied to join as a member as specified in paragraph 1.

Article 7. Membership withdrawal, loss of qualifications, etc.
  1. A member may request " Mole " to withdraw from the membership at any time.
  2. In case a member is subject to the following reasons, " Mall " may restrict and suspend membership.

    2. In the event that the member fails to pay the member's debt on the due date in relation to the payment of purchased goods and other uses of the " mall "
    3. In case of a threat to electronic commercial order, such as obstructing another person's use of the " mall " or stealing its information
    4. In case an act is prohibited or contrary to the laws or these terms and conditions using " Mall "
  3. If the same action is repeated more than two times or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after " Mole " limits or disables the membership.
  4. In the event that " Mall " loses its membership, the member registration shall be cancelled. In such a case, the member shall be informed and given the opportunity to establish a period of at least 30 days before the member registration.
Article 8. Notice to Members
  1. In the event the " Mall " notifies the member of the member, the member may sign up with the " Mall " in advance to the designated e-mail address.
  2. " Mall " can be substituted for individual notification by posting it on the " Mall " bulletin for more than a week in case of notification to many unspecified members. However, individual notification shall be made on matters that have a significant impact on the member's transaction.
Article 9. Purchase application
  1. The user of the " Mall " shall request the purchase by using the following method or similar method on the " Mall ", and " Mall " shall be able to understand each of the following information in order to make the purchase request.

    6. Selecting a payment method

Article 10. Conclusion of a contract
  1. The " Mall " may refuse to grant a purchase application under section 9 under the following heading. However, if a contract is signed with a minor, it shall be notified that the contract can be cancelled by the minor himself or the legal representative unless the consent of the legal representative is obtained.

Article 11. Payment method
Payment methods for goods or services purchased in " Mall " may be made by any of the following methods available : However, the " Mall " shall not collect fees under any pretext for payment of goods or other expenses.

  2. Payment of various cards, such as prepaid, debit, and credit cards

  8. Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.
Article 12. Receiving confirmation notice, change and cancel purchase application
  1. " Mall " notifies the user of receipt confirmation when a purchase request is made.
  2. Upon receiving notification of receipt, the user can request for change or cancellation of purchase application immediately after receiving notification of receipt of a notification of disagreement, and " Mall " can be requested without delay in delivery. However, if you have already paid the payment, we will follow the provisions of Article 15 regarding withdrawal of subscription.
Article 13. Supply of goods, etc.
  1. " Mall " provides order making and packing actions to allow users to ship goods within seven days of the application unless otherwise agreed upon when to supply them. However, if the " Mall " has already received all or part of the payment, such as goods, it shall take action within three business days from the date of receiving the payment. Article 14. Refund

Article 15. Withdrawal of subscription, etc.

  3. In the case of paragraphs 2. to 4., the " Mall " shall indicate in the place where the consumer can not easily recognize that the withdrawal of subscription is not restricted in advance.
  4. In the event that the details of a product or other information are different from the contents of a contract or can not be transferred from the day of the contract, even if the information in paragraphs 1 and 2 is not disclosed.
Article 16. Effects of withdrawal of subscription, etc.
  1. In the event that goods are returned from the user, the " Mall " shall reimburse the payment of goods received within three business days. In this case, when the " Mole " delayed the return of goods or other products to the users, the natural rate of interest as determined by Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce shall be multiplied.
  2. In the event that the user requests payment of goods or other goods with a credit card or electronic currency in return for the above payment, the " Mall " shall provide the payment method without delay.
  3. In case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall pay for the return of the supplies. However, if the contents of the product are different from the contents of the product or different from the contents of the contract, the " Mall " shall bear the necessary costs for the return of the product.
  4. In the event that the user pays for shipping when receiving goods, etc., the " Mall " clearly indicates who pays for the withdrawal of the subscription.
Article 17. Privacy
  1. The " Mall " collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the provision of services when collecting personal information of the users.

However, this is not the case in which a minimum amount of specific personal information is collected, as identification is required prior to the purchase contract in order to fulfill the obligation under the relevant law.

  4. The collected personal information shall not be used for purposes other than purposes.   9. The " Mall " does not set the guidelines for the collection, utilization, and delivery of personal information as selected in advance. Article 18. Duty of the Mall
  1. " Mall " shall not do anything that is prohibited by law or this Agreement or is contrary to the public order and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and reliably as provided under these terms.
  2. The " Mall " shall have a security system to protect the users ' personal information (including credit information) so that they can safely access Internet services.
  3. " Mall " shall compensate the users for damages by performing the act of unfair marking and advertising under Article 3 of the Act on the Standardization of Markings and Advertisements.
  4. " Mole " does not send out advertising e-mail for commercial purposes that users do not want.
Article 19. Obligation to members ' IDs and passwords
  1. Except in Article 17, members are responsible for management of their IDs and passwords.
  2. The member shall not let a third party use his ID or password.
  3. If the member has lost his ID and password or recognized that a third party is using it, he shall immediately notify the " Mall " and shall follow the instructions given by the " Mall ".
Article 20. User's duty
The user shall not :
  1. Registration of false information on application or change
  2. Stealing information from others
  3. Changes in information published in " Mall "
  4. Sending or posting information other than the information
  5. specified by the " Mall " (computer programs, etc.)
  6. Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright of " Mall " and others
  7. An act that undermines the reputation of others or interferes with business Exposing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voice or other information on the Mall
Article 21. Relationship between a linked and a passive
  1. If the top " Mall " and the lower " Mall " are linked by hyperslink (e.g., the target of a hyperslink includes letters, pictures and pictures), the former is referred to as a " Mall " (Web Site).

Article 22. Restrictions on the ownership and use of copyright

  3. The " Mall " shall notify the users of any copyright attributable to the users pursuant to the agreement.
Article 23. Eettlement of a dispute
  1. " Mall " installs and operates a compensation system for damages to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by the users and compensate them for damages.
  2. " Mall " deals with complaints and opinions submitted by the users first. However, in case of an emergency, we will immediately notify you of the reason and the schedule for the process.
  3. In the event of a user's request for damages in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the " Mall " and the users, it may be subject to arbitration by the Fair Trade Commission or the city or provincial governor.
Article 24. Jurisdiction and governing laws
  1. A lawsuit concerning an e-commerce dispute between the " mall " and the users shall be filed at the user's address at the time of the complaint, and if the user does not have an address, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local court. However, if the user's address or location is not clear at the time of the complaint, or if a foreign resident is in a foreign country, it shall be filed with the court under the Civil Procedure Act.
  2. The US, County law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between " Mall " and users.
